How we handle
your application.

Applications are received by Kirill, the organiser of the SVOI trips. By ticking the consent box you allow the details you provide to be used to contact you and discuss joining the trip.

What is sent

Your name, chosen messenger and contact, yacht and dates, number of guests and wishes. We also store the time, an application ID, the price of the chosen yacht, the site address and the consent version. Please do not include passport, payment or medical details.

Where it is stored

The application is saved in the organiser’s Google Sheets, and a notification with its contents is sent to the organiser via a Telegram bot. Google and Telegram process data under their own terms, including on infrastructure outside your country. The sheet and chat are never published on the site.

Purpose and deletion

Your data is used to reply to your application and discuss the trip, until that conversation ends or you withdraw consent. To withdraw consent, correct or delete your data, send a request through the contact form with the contact from your original application and your request in the wishes field. It goes straight to the organiser.

The site uses no marketing trackers. Form text is not kept in the browser after reload. An application is not a payment or a commitment to buy the trip.
